2000, the first job boards are online. Digitalization is on the rise. The Internet is becoming indispensable. Why bother with manual recruiting processes? Why not usher in a new HR millennium? And so, in the summer of 2000, the four founders of Umantis came together in Switzerland. The name says it all: "(h)uman" for "human" and "tis" for "technology". One of the first software solutions for talent management was developed

and this consistently from a human perspective. From 2012 to 2023, Umantis was the IT forge for talent and Applicant Management at the Haufe Group. Since 2023, Umantis has been the HR competence center of the Abacus Group. A win-win relationship in many respects, the results of which can be seen in a complete solution package - even more Umantis.
