Here's how it works!

So before we talk to you about individual modules or a complete HR-Suite , we first clarify in detail: What do you really need? What does your organizational structure look like? What are your relevant HR topics? What do you need to pay particular attention to? We discuss all this and much more in person. A team of experts from Umantis will be at your side from the very beginning right through to implementation.

Reaching your goal with a high level of methodological competence

Our HR experts bring a wide range of methods to the table, including the well-known Lego® Serious Play®, Eigenland® or our in-house development Umantis Metro Mapping. In this way, they develop the individual process to precisely determine the actual need. All relevant persons are involved.
