A demanding selection process

After a first selection round until September 20, 2024, the best 25 participants were selected and invited to present their work live in St. Gallen in October. Places 6 to 25 will be announced at the glittering final show on November 27. The top 5 finalists will have the opportunity to pitch their theses once again in front of the jury and the audience.

Attractive prize money and support for universities

The winners of the Umantis HR Student Award can look forward to a total of CHF 20,000 in prize money. In addition, Umantis will advertise the participants' work on the digital platforms and thus bring them to the attention of potential employers.
