Customers @Umantis - Voices, impulses & emotions on site
Phone calls and emails with customers are commonplace, but sometimes it takes more.
That's why we invited our customers to St. Gallen to capture their voices and moods, ideas and visions and to talk, discuss and celebrate with them on site. First of all: it was an all-round successful day.
Standing on the terrace at Abacus in the bright sunshine, with a glimpse of Lake Constance behind a blanket of clouds, talking, exchanging ideas and laughing over soup, pasta, pizza and cake. Close, direct and on a first-name basis right from the start. At the same time open, honest and constructively critical.
The afternoon continued interactively with an exciting keynote speech and case studies on the topic of AI@Umantis: HR software quo vadis. This working session was supplemented by specific questions to our customers to find out their expectations, needs and ideas about AI and its role in HR. Many experts - many post-its.
The wealth of answers and the subsequent discussions showed how present the topic of AI already is in day-to-day business and will continue to be in the future.
But it showed even more. Personal exchanges, discussions with and among colleagues and smart moderation by experts are the key to results and insights.
That's exactly how it was planned!
