In their workshop session, Thomas Kronsteiner (Head of Sales Austria) and Philipp Bösch (Head of Sales Consulting) shed light on the key challenges and success factors surrounding the topic of onboarding.
In the workshop, the two experts show:
- how good onboarding is divided into three phases - from preboarding to orientation and induction,
- what role digital tools play in process support and communication,
- and why a structured start not only takes the pressure off new employees, but also HR teams and managers.
